Q: Are the prices listed in CAD?
A: Yes all the prices listed are in CAD.
Q: Are the prices set in stone?
A: No, we understand some institutions have larger budgets than others. You are welcome to email wildarchaeology@gmail.com to open negotiations.
Q: Will there be a Season 2 DVD?
A: Due to a lack of interest and high production cost, we will not be going forward with production of the second season on DVD.
Q: Can I preview the show before making a decision on educational acquisition?
A: Absolutely! If you email wildarchaeology@gmail.com, we would be happy to provide you with a sample episode of your choice or our selection to share with educators and administrators to gauge interest. It is prohibited to exhibit or distribute this sample episode to students.
Q: Can you write an invoice/receipt for our records?
A: Absolutely. All we require is the address of your institution and the name of who to make out the invoice/receipt to. Email us at wildarchaeology@gmail.com to make this request.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cheque, money order, credit and debit card.
Q: What is the delivery process of the acquired episodes?
A: Upon payment, you will be sent a PDF(s) containing links and passwords to the downloadable episodes. If you run into any technical problems you and your staff are welcome to email us at wildarchaeology@gmail.com.
Q: Are there cc or subtitles?
A: Yes! However most of the sample episodes may lack this element, the delivered product will have this for every episode.
Q: Can I stream the episodes through online schooling?
A: As long as you are not sharing the downloadable files with students you are welcome to share the episodes to students taking online courses.
Q: Can we host the series on our private secure servers?
A: Yes
Q: Can we acquire the show through platforms like Mcentyre media or Kanopy?
A: Wild Archaeology is not affiliated with any distribution platforms. The only place to acquire the files and educational licensing is on this website.
Q: My institution(s) don't have servers for distribution of media, how can we share the show with our student body?
A: We offer an option to host the series on Vimeo, this method takes at least a week after payment to create unique links and passwords as well as creating a unique PDF containing the links to these episodes. Please contact us directly if you need this method of distribution at wildarchaeology@gmail.com.
